The following questions are the ones we are asked most often:
- What forms do I need to provide?
- Driving License. It must have been issued at least 2 years prior to the rental date and the driver must be over 21 years of age. Otherwise, an additional 10 euro charge/day applies for drivers under the age of 21.
- Police ID or your passport.
- All of the above should be in the driver's name
- Credit or debit card, as a guarantee, even if you choose to pay your rental in cash.
- What is the minimum rental period?
- Minimum rental period is 1 day.
- What kind of insurance is included in the rental price?
- The basic cover (roadside assistance, glass breakage) or by arrangement.
- What is the fuel policy? Is the gas tank full when I pick up the car?
- The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel in the tank as the car had when it was picked up. If the car returns with less fuel then it will be charged with the amount of 12 euros plus VAT per rental contract, plus the cost of the fuel consumed.
- Is a child seat available?
- Yes, you can choose a child seat during the booking process.
- Can I rent a car one way and drop it off at a different location?
- You can pick up or drop off the car from any point you wish upon agreement and with a possible additional charge.
- What is the cancellation policy? Is there a fee for canceling a reservation?
- If you have made a reservation and wish to cancel or modify it, you must contact us at +306987591811 and tell us your full name, at least 15 days before your arrival. Please note that in some cases you may be required to pay the value corresponding from 1 day up to half a period of your booking period.
- Is there a mileage restriction?
- There is a mileage limitation and it is set at 100km/day.
- What are the liability amounts in case of damage?
- The amount of the driver's participation in damages of a rented vehicle amounts to 500 euros (guarantee amount). Driver coverage also includes damage to the wheels, tires, windows, exterior mirrors, underbody and interior of the vehicle as well as loss of vehicle key, spare and tools.
- Driving outside the border.
- Transporting the car outside the border is not possible.
